Puritan Cotton Tipped Applicators are general-purpose applicators for medical applications, wound cleansing and dressing and applications of topical dressing. They can also be used for first aid, industries, general cleansing, and specimen collection. It is a sterile applicator that has a regular cotton tip with a polystyrene handle. The tip of this applicator is a soft absorbent high quality medical USP grade cotton material. It's securely bonded to a semi-flexible polystyrene material handle with an aqueous-based adhesive and is perfect for critical, medical, and veterinary environments for tasks like wound care, application of topical dressings, and specimen collection.
