Proactive Protekt Ultra Cushion is a multi-layer foam cushion that supports and comforts the user by combining ultra-high density and soft gel-infused foams. The cushion's soft top layer is made of gel-infused Visco foam, which provides the perfect level of immersion into the cushion's surface for comfort and stability. A contoured, ultra-high density foam makes up the bottom layer. It has medial and lateral side supports for positioning, as well as trochanter cutouts for pressure redistribution. An inner gel bladder relieves pressure while also bolstering pelvic support. To protect the skin, the Ultra has a nylon stretch cover that is both breathable and low-shear. The cushion is held in place by a safety buckle while the user moves.
