Parthenon ParSORB Super Absorbent Crystals For Ostomy Appliances are used in colostomy and ileostomy pouches everywhere. These are designed to absorb ileostomy pouch contents. The gel contains super-absorbent material which transforms liquid into a semi-solid gel which keeps the liquid contents away from the stoma, reduces sloshing, pouch noise, and makes the pouch easier to empty thus increasing confidence and convenience for the wearer of the ostomy pouch.

Directions To Use:
- Simply place one scoop of crystals into the ostomy pouch will sufficiently absorb all liquid contents of an ostomy pouch.
- To use, just drop the intact packet into the ostomy pouch each time the ostomy pouch is emptied or cleansed.
- As the pouch begins to fill, the packet dissolves and ParSORB super absorbent granules become a semi-solid gel that keeps pouch contents away from the stoma.
- One-piece drainable appliances: Users simply drop the ParSORB packet into the pouch through the tail, then seal the tail.
- Two-piece drainable appliances: Users simply drop the ParSORB packet into the ostomy pouch through the flange before attaching the pouch.
