How to use PMT Self-Adhesive Electrodes?

How to apply PMT Carbon Electrode with Cloth Back?

  • Be sure the stimulator is turned off.
  • Insert the pins of the lead wire from the stimulator into electrode wire connectors.
  • Remove the electrodes from the protective liner by lifting at the edge of electrodes and peel from the Liner. Keep the protective liner in storage bag after removing.
  • Clean the skin thoroughly. Electrodes do not stick to the skin with Lotion, oil, make-up, dirt. etc. Leave the skin moist prior to application.
  • Apply the electrodes firmly to the skin. Adhesion improves if the skin is at room temperature.

How to remove PMT Cloth-Back Electrodes?

  • Before removing the electrodes from the skin, turn stimulator off.
  • Lift edge of the electrodes and peel from skin. Do not pull on the Lead wires as you may damage the electrodes.
  • Place the electrodes on liner and gently remove lead wire by twisting and pulling at the same time.

  • Electrodes life-span and effectiveness can be enhanced by rubbing a small drop of water on the pad after use.
  • Always keep your pads in the airtight package directly after use.
