Ostoform Flowassist Convex Extended Wear Cut to Fit Baseplate is a two-piece ostomy baseplate with patented Flowassist technology, directing output away from skin to help maintain hydrocolloid integrity and reduce leakage risk. The gentle 3.5mm convexity supports recessed or flush stomas. The baseplate features radial grooves that allow it to conform to anatomical contours for a secure, body-hugging fit. Tapered edges help minimize edge catching and lifting, while the floating flange enables easier pouch coupling with reduced pressure on the abdomen. Angled corners provide a secure grip for easy removal, and integrated belt attachment tabs offer optional additional support.
