How to use Tennis Elbow Support?

Usage Instructions:

• Pull the strap onto the forearm.
• The cushions should be placed over the painful tendons (just below the elbow).
• Tighten using the flap to obtain firm but comfortable support.

Contraindications and Restrictions on Use:

• Any injury requiring orthopaedic treatment with a plaster cast, resin cast or surgery.
• The strap must not be in direct contact with a skin lesion.

Care and Maintenance:

• Store the strap away from sources of excessive heat.
• Hand wash in warm soapy water (30°C).
• Dry flat, away from sources of excessive heat.
