How to use Female Urinal Bottle?

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the urinal.
2. Position yourself comfortably on a bed or chair with your legs slightly apart.
3. Hold the urinal with one hand and place the wide opening against your body, positioning it securely between your legs and under your urethra.
4. Relax your pelvic muscles and begin to urinate in the urinal. Take your time and try to empty your bladder completely.
5. Once you're finished, carefully remove the urinal from your body and empty the contents into a toilet or other appropriate container.
