• Instructions:
  - Anchor each strap to wheelchair with
  - Easy tie knot
  - Place patient in chair
  - Attach in front of patient with hook and loop, side release or Cam buckle
• Material Used: 2" polypropylene and 2" acetal cam buckle, 2" side release buckle or 1-1/2" hook and loop, and 2" acetal keepers with buckle belts only
• Cleaning and maintaining:
  - Dry clean or launder at less than 280°F
  - When decontaminating bloodborne pathogens, use bleach while laundering
• Storage: Store away from heat greater than 280°F or open flame
