Hollister New Image Pre Cut Soft Convex CeraPlus Skin Barrier is a ceramide-infused ostomy skin barrier designed to support healthy peristomal skin. It offers soft convexity and an integrated floating flange for a secure, comfortable fit with New Image pouches. The CeraPlus formulation includes ceramide, a natural skin component that helps reduce transepidermal water loss from damaged or eroded skin. This barrier helps maintain healthy peristomal skin by minimizing dryness, itching, and the damaging effects of repeated barrier removal. Soft convexity applies gentle pressure to help protect against leakage and conforms to various body types and stomas. The integrated floating flange allows fingers to be placed underneath, which may help minimize abdominal pressure when attaching a two-piece pouch. The barrier is available in cut-to-fit and pre-sized options, features tapered edges, and is not made with natural rubber latex. It is phthalate-free and compatible with New Image drainable, high output, closed, and urostomy pouches.
