•  Care:
  - Wash hand using mild soap.
  - Rinse thoroughly.
  - Air dry only.
  - Do not tumble dry.
• Application and Usage:
  - This brace is designed to be worn over a sock. Position your heel snugly at the rear bottom corner of the brace. Tighten snugly and tie laces.
  - Bring the inside strap forward, across the top of the foot, then under the heel. Pull and secure strap-on inside of the ankle.
  - Bring the outside strap forward, across the top of the foot, then under the heel. Pull and secure strap on outside of the ankle.
  - Stand, putting full weight on the ankle. Pull up on both straps simultaneously and secure.
  - Pull the upper elastic strap from the rear and fasten in front.
  - Completed application.
