Hartmann Proximel Silicone Foam Dressing Without Borders is indicated for a wide range of wounds, such as ​pressure ulcers, leg and foot ulcers, traumatic wounds, surgical wounds, donor sites skin tears burns (1st and 2nd degree),  dry/necrotic wounds (in combination with gels). It's three-layer foam designed to absorb wound exudate and create and maintain a moist wound environment that stimulates healing of the wound bed, helping to reduce complications, enhance patient comfort and promote optimal wound care and healing.
