The Exertools DynaDisc is a two-inch-high, seamless pad with a fourteen-inch diameter. The DynaDisc is available in four colours (red, yellow, green, and blue) and can withstand up to 2000 pounds per square inch when inflated with a regular ball needle and pump. The Dyna Disc has quarter-inch pegs on one side and is smooth on the other. It features a unique bevelled form that is developed specifically for the hamstrings while sitting.
