Cold Therapy
- Place gel pack in freezer for 2 hours or more.
- Remove the pack from the freezer and place it inside the cloth cover.
- Close the compartment, apply compression wrap, and secure by attaching the elastic strap.
- Gel pack will maintain cold therapy for 30-60 minutes.
- The pack may remain in the freezer until the next use.

Hot Therapy
- Heat the pack folded in half in the microwave for 20 seconds on each side.
- Unfold the pack and refold it in the opposite direction.
