How to use DermaRite Oil Emulsion Wound Dressing?

• Use first aid tape to secure both dressings, starting from the center and working your way to the edges.

What is nonadherent dressing used for?

They are designed for draining or scabbed wounds and are highly absorbent to keep the wound dry. The dressing won't disrupt the healing tissue by sticking to the wound and is also ideal as a primary dressing for lightly draining wounds.

How long can oil emulsion dressing stay on?

Change dressing daily or as instructed by a physician. The dressing may remain in place for up to seven days.
