DermaRite Industries Ag Silver Foam Dressing is a highly absorbent self-adherent silicone foam island dressing with silver ions that help reduce bacterial colonization in the dressing. It consists of a soft silicone contact surface, a flexible polyurethane foam pad, a nonwoven fabric layer, and a vapor-permeable, waterproof outer film. It has the silicone adhesive sticks to surrounding skin but not to the wound bed, minimizing pain and the risk of damage to the wound area.
