Well I ordered this product with another product and received the other product but not the una boots. There was no message that they were delayed or being shipped separately. Wasn't till I called to find out where the una boots were and the person I spoked to said they were being held with no reason. This was unacceptable. I order 4 ply compression system and the una boots together because I need both they go together when the doctor wraps my legs and it does me no good to get one without the other.
