How to use Core Swede Knee Support?

1. Release the straps. Adjust (or remove) the buttress pad along the inside of the patella opening for your desired comfort or support.
2. With knee slightly bent, place the support on your knee with the patella opening over your knee cap. The straps should be to your right. 
3. Secure bottom closure.
4. Adjust the position of the support so patella opening is centered directly over the knee cap.
5. Secure top closure. The patella opening should sit directly over the patella. Adjust as needed.

How to clean Core Products Knee Support?

1. Close all hook and loop fasteners to prevent damage to other fabrics.
2. Regularly hand wash cold with mild soap.
