How to use SenSura Click EasiClose Transparent Two-Piece Ostomy System?

  1. Cut the hole to fit the size and shape of the stoma
  2. Place a thumb on the white tab of the adhesive. Pull the blue release tab away from the adhesive to remove the protective film.
  3. Apply the base plate around the stoma. To ensure a perfect fit around the stoma, press firmly against the skin starting at the bottom moving upwards.
  4. Ensure the lockring is open. Press the pouch and base plate together starting at the bottom. Make sure the pouch is securely positioned on the coupling. The pouch may be turned to the optimal position.
  5. Close the lockring. When you hear a click the pouch is securely locked to the base plate.
  6. Removal of the pouch - Open the lockring by pressing the small tab with a fingertip. Hold on to the top of the pouch. Remove the pouch from the base plate by pulling the pouch away.
  7. Removal of the base plate - Grab the white removal ear and pull downwards slowly.
  8. Close the outlet before use Place the pouch on a table or a flat surface so the coupling faces downwards. Fold the bottom part upwards and close the outlet just like an envelope.
  9. Fold the outlet twice – until you see the velour plate.
  10. Seal the outlet by folding the hook (Velcro) ears onto the velour plate and press firmly.
  11. Opening of pouch Lift both hook (Velcro) ears off the velour plate. Unfold the outlet in desired position for emptying the pouch.
  12. Emptying of pouch Allow the contents to run out while controlling the emptying with fingers.
  13. Cleaning of the outlet Use a tissue or dry wipe and fold it around the outlet tip. Clean the outlet in one sliding movement away from the body.
  14. Fold the small plate backwards so only the large plate is visible. Clean the edge. The outlet is now clean and ready to be closed again.
  15. Re-closing of the outlet Bend the lowest small plate up and over the large plate. Fold the outlet over the upper large plate at full width. Roll the outlet by folding a total of 3 times. Seal the outlet by folding the hook (velcro) ears onto the velour plate and press firmly.
  16. Cosmetic closing of the outlet The whole closing system can be folded up under the soft fronting and attached to the velcro dot. The pouch will become more discreet.

What is HPFY’s return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind our products. If the merchandise you received is defective or not what you expected it to be, and you wish to return the item, please submit a return request in the My Account section of our website, contact our Customer Service department at (866) 316-0162 / (203) 616-2850 or email us.

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
  2. Items (including parts and accessories) must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition in its original packaging.
  3. Before returning any product, the buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from a customer service representative. With your RA# you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Orders returned without obtaining an RA# will be entitled to receive only "In-Store Credit" that can be used towards future purchases.
  5. Return orders are subject to a 20% restocking fees.
  6. All custom orders and hygienic items are non-returnable. Refer to the “Non-Returnable Items” section for further details.

How do I receive a return authorization number?

You can submit a return request by logging into your account. You will receive the Return Authorization Number (RA#) details in the email within 2-3 business days.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
