Installing Battery Module of Vectra Genisys/Intelect Legend XT- Step 1

Lay the System on its side and position the Module so that the front of the Module is pointed in the same direction as the front of the System.

Install the loose end of the Ribbon Cable to the System. Make certain connector is seated completely in System

Position the System over the Module. The Ribbon Cable must be positioned as illustrated.
Set the System onto the Module making certain the feet of the System rest in the indents in the Module.

With System positioned on the Module, lay the assembly on one side.
Secure the Module to the System with the four 4mm X 20mm screws using the #1 Phillips screwdriver.
NOTE:Tighten screws until System will not move on the Module.

Set the assembly upright on the work surface.
Install the Lanyard to the new Extended Front Access Panel.

Route the power cord through the Battery Module to the System. .
NOTE: If the System is equipped with the optional Therapy System Cart, refer to the Intelect Therapy System Cart User Manual for proper installation of the System with Module to Cart instructions

Install the Rear Access Panel.
Plug Power Cord into an approved outlet.
Turn the System On using the On/Off Switch. The system will automatically recognize the added module and display a configuration change message.
