• Do not overheat the pack
• Do not use the convection function of the microwave oven
• Always heat on clean empty microwave-safe dish. Lay flat and distribute contents of the pack evenly lengthwise
• Always touch-test by shifting contents to check for hot spots before use
• If higher heat is required, continue heat in 15 seconds intervals – repeat above
• Contamination by liquids or food can cause overheating resulting in burns to the skin
• Continually shift the position of the bed buddy pack when in use
• Never place a hot pack over the eyes
• Never wash the pack. Wipe with a damp cloth only & let it dry thoroughly.
