What should I do if at any point the pad is not getting cold?
Chris - 3/24/2017 7:44:53 AM
answer image
Take the following steps one at a time until the issue is resolved:
  •  Make sure the power outlet is working and the plug is fully engaged with the unit
  • Lift the lid and make sure there is plenty of ice left and the water level is at or above the indicated line
  • Replace the lid and ensure there are no kinks in the blue insulation hose
  • Raise the unit off the ground and place it on a table or chair to reduce backpressure
  • Decrease attention of any bandage or strap securing the pad
  • Disconnect the pad from the unit, rotate the connection 180 degrees, then reconnect the pad to the unit
