• Instructions For Applying an Insulation Barrier:
  - BREG polar dressing provides complete coverage between the Intelli-Flo Polar Pad and skin.
  - Do not let any part of the Intelli-Flo Polar Pad touch skin.
  - If a sterile dressing has been applied to the treatment site that does not completely cover the skin under the pad, use an additional insulation barrier.
  - Intelli-Flo Polar Pad alone is too cold to be applied directly to the skin.
• Inspect the Skin:
  -‚  under the Intelli-Flo Polar Pad by lifting the edge as prescribed, typicallyevery 1 to 2 hours.
  - Do not use the Polar Care Kodiak if dressing, wrapping, bracing, or castingover the Intelli-Flo Polar Pad prevents skin inspections.
  - Stop using and contact practitionerimmediately if you experience any adverse reactions, such as: increased pain, burning, increasedswelling, itching, blisters, increased redness, discoloration, welts, other changes in skin appearance,or any other reaction identified by practitioner.
