Large Table Top:

• Walnut wood grain high pressure laminate on 3/4" particle board core

Durable Frame Design:

• Combines durable, heavy duty construction and attractive functional design with effortless counter balanced spring height adjustment
• Chrome plated 11 and 12 gauge welded tubular steel column and base
• 2.5" square column attached to the 1.5" x 2.5" tubular steel base provides for a very durable and sturdy table
• Heavy duty column features a patented spring assisted height mechanism which locks into place in 1" increments between the 30" and 45" range
• Column can be easily mounted on either the right or left side of the base
• Automatic lift safety feature helps prevent accidental tipping of the Heavy Duty Overbed Table if the bed rises while the table is over it

How To Use AMFAB Heavy Duty Overbed Table?

Tools Needed:

• Phillips Screwdriver
• 9/16" wrenches

Assembly Instructions:

1. Lay top on table or floor with Top Bracket.
2. Loosen Top Mounting Bolts until Column Assembly will fit into Top Bracket.
3. Elevate Trip Handle to approximately a 45 degrees angle. Insert Column Assembly into Top Bracket making sure the rectangular notches are aligned with the Top Bracket dimples.
   Note: The Black Shipping Screw must face the direction. Tilt the column slightly in the direction of the Trip Handle. Then seat the Back Mounting Plate to the back of the Column Assembly and Top Bracket. Make sure to align the embossed dimples in the Back Mounting Plate to the Column Assembly rectangular notches. Also make sure the Trip Handle tab is in the dog channel in the Column Assembly. When everything is seated tighten Top Mounting Bolts.
4. Lay the Base on a table or floor and install the Casters into the Base.
5. Install Base Assembly to the Column Assembly with Casters pointing up. Hand tightens the Hex head bolts through the bolt plate and base.
6. Align the base and top by turning the entire table on its side with the base resting on the black end caps and top resting on its edge. Tighten hex head bolts.
7. Place table assembly up on its base.
8. Remove and discard Black Shipping Screw. Assembly is complete.

Operating Instructions:

1. To elevate the AMFAB Heavy Duty Automatic Overbed Table lift the Top at any place underside and push to desired height.
2. To lower the Heavy Duty Overbed Table, squeeze the Trip Handle to release the column and push down to the desired height.
