How to wear Advanced Orthopaedics Breathe Lite Lumbar Support Belt?

  • Apply back support belt in a standing position. Unfasten all closures. Place the back of the support around back and upper buttocks area.
  • Pull the sides of the support around until it holds the upper buttocks snugly, secure the hook and loop closure on the support base
  • Support should fit snug but not bind the groin area when sitting. Readjust if necessary.
