Advanced Orthopaedics Airprene Knee Sleeve is a unique perforated neoprene-like material that retains heat, but not water. The perspiration generated by exercise flows through the Airprene to keep the skin dry and comfortable. Airprene helps the brace stay firmly in place by dissipating excessive moisture, eliminating the slipping and movement of the conventional neoprene brace. It is indicated for mild to moderate ligament joint pain, strains, sprains of the knee ligaments or patellar instabilities.

How to apply Advanced Orthopaedics Knee Support?

  • Pull the brace over the knee with the opening centered on the kneecap
  • The support should fit snug but not so tight to restrict circulation


Sizing: Measure around the center of the knee with leg extended
