  - Large: 3" to 3-1/2" (7.6cm to 8.9cm)
• Width at Prox Phalanx:
  - Small: 1/2" to 5/8" (1.3cm to 1.6 cm)
  - Medium: 5/8" to 7/8" (1.6cm to 2.2cm)
  - Large: 7/8" to 1-1/8" (2.2cm to 2.9 cm)
