Directions For Use of ProFlex 4000 Wrist Splint

1. Place around wrist (right or left, as stated) aligning the wrist to the orange line indicator
2. Fasten hook-and-loop closure on back of wrist
3. Place palm strap between thumb and index finger
4. Attach end of strap to hook-and-loop closure on back of wrist
5. Wrap elastic strap across top of the wrist and fasten at desired tension
