Derma Dusoft Non-Woven Non-Sterile Dressing Sponges can be used to cleanse wounds or as a secondary dressing for added absorbency. When compared to woven gauze sponges, the dressing is less adherent and produces less lint. As a result, the wound can heal without disturbing the newly formed granulation tissue. It is made of a rayon and polyester blend that wicks quickly while remaining highly absorbent, reducing skin maceration. The dressing is available in a variety of sizes, both sterile and non-sterile.
