Please call our returns department at 866-316-0162 for a return authorization number (RA#). Every return needs to be accompanied by a return authorization number issued by our customer service team.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, a credit is issued to the credit card/paypal account used for that particular purchase order. It usually takes 4-5 business days after receipt of items for the credit to show on your card.
