USING AN EXERCISE BALL TIDBITS
The A22-inch exercise ball is suitable for most people from 5 feet tall to 5.5 feet. For every 5-inch increment, go up 4 inches in the size of the Ball.
Place the towels around base of the ball to prevent it from rolling too much. When you get used to balancing on the ball, remove the towels.
You may find yourself holding your breath as you try to balance. Breath normally during the exercise.
