AWESOME WAYS TO USE LEFTOVER WINE
Spruce up your bottle with a stylish bottle top. Look for one that’s alright. The lesser the air in the bottle, the slower the wine will oxidize and go bad.
Grab an empty ice cube tray. Fill it up with your leftover wine and get it straight in the freezer. Now you have an instant ingredient to flavor your cooking for weeks to come.
A homemade vinegar with leftover wine will actually be far superior and uniquely flavored to most grocery store wine vinegars.
Red wine and tomatoes are great companions. Add to Bolognese sauce or soup.
