- Measure the ankle circumference at the narrowest part of the ankle (Just above the anklebone)
- Measure the calf circumference at the fullest part of the calf - Measure the calf circumference at the grain
- Determine the thigh length by measuring from the floor to the gluteal fold (Just below butt cheek)
