Medline Puracol Plus Collagen Dressing restores a gentle balance. Helps jump start stalled wounds. Unique three-dimensional structure helps support cellular growth. Native collagen makes the dressing last longer in the wound bed. It preserves the collagen natural triple helix structure, resulting in dressings that provide more collagen to a wound for a longer period of time. Ideal for wounds that are chronic or stalled.

Collagen is the protein that gives the skin its tensile strength, plays a key role in each phase of wound healing. Puracol Plus and Puracol Plus Ag+ feature a unique three-dimensional structure known as the MicroScaffold. It is less likely to immediately convert to a jelly-like paste or be absorbed by the secondary dressing. Puracol Plus retain their triple helical structure (nativity) better than other denatured (damaged) collagen-based products.
