Dystrophile Hand Exerciser Pad Features

• Timer can be reset by pushing on the button to 0
• Light switches on as long as the pre-set load is maintained
• Includes instructions, program guidelines, progress record sheet, and one 9-volt battery
• As long as the pre-set load level is kept, the timer keeps track of seconds rather than minutes
• Resistance knob can be turned clockwise or counterclockwise to decrease or increase the pressure
• A special, plastic-coated Dystrophile Pad is used as a sliding surface for the Dystrophile Device
• To begin an exercise, push down on the Dystrophile handle while sweeping the device in any direction
• Internal set screw adjusts the upper limit of the pressure indicator. This screw is preset at the factory and should never need adjustment
