How to apply Soft Silicone Flange Extender?

1. Take a Silex Flange Extender from the clam pack, and peeling the tabs marked 1, remove and dispose of the clear plastic release liners. Leave the tabs marked 2 in place.
2. Unlike other Flange Extenders, the Silex gel will be very tacky. It has been designed to stick immediately and doesn’t need heat or time to increase adherence.
3. Once the high-tack silicone adhesive has been revealed, the extender should now be positioned on the edge of the wafer, leaving sufficient overlap to stick to the skin. Smooth into place.
4. Now peel off and dispose of the paper release liners with the tabs marked 2.
5. Smooth the Silex Flange Extender into place ensuring the edges are stuck down to your skin and the wafer. It will feel very soft and flexible.
6. To remove, just peel the edge of the extender from the skin and gently pull it away. The adhesion will not have increased over time, so it will peel off the skin smoothly in one piece, without discomfort, and without leaving any adhesive residue on the skin.
