Instructions for Use of Ice Pack

• For Cold Therapy:
  • Place the ice pack flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours
  • Remove from the freezer
  • Place a towel between your skin and the ice pack
  • Apply to the area to be treated
    WARNING: Treatment time should not exceed 30 minutes
• For Hot Therapy:
  • Heat pack in microwave for 15-20 seconds at a time until warm. Do not exceed 150 degrees.
