How does Vasyli Insoles Work?

		To accommodate variations in the length of foot and toes of a patient, plugs can be removed when fitting the orthotic, ensuring that the head of the first metatarsophalangeal joint (MPJ) coincides with the plug removed.
		Here the patient is diagnosed with Functional Hallitus LImitus (FHL). The Vasyli Dananberg 1st Ray Orthotic enhances first ray plantar flexion, thereby reducing the force required to dorsiflex the great toe. These images depict a 40% reduction in force under the great toe during end-stage propulasion.

How to use Vasyli Dananberg Orthotics Insoles?

• It may take a few days for your feet to become accustomed to orthotics
• If any discomfort occurs, remove them for one or two hours, then wear them again
• Continue to do so until comfortable
• If any discomfort continues, consult your physician

How to clean Vasyli Orthotics?

• Simply wipe the cover with a damp cloth
• In the unlikely event of odor build-up, the custom orthotic can be wiped with an antibacterial solution
