Rolyan Tennis Gel/Air (TGA) Elbow Support is ideal for tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, industrial elbow and elbow problems related to carpal tunnel syndrome. It includes gel pouch insert for cold therapy and air pouch insert for pneumatic compression. The circumferential band is easy to apply and it is latex free.

Application instruction:
  • Position either the Gel or Air insert in the Tennis elbow band/support
  • With the strap loose, slide the band on to the forearm bringing the insert into the desired position
  • For tennis elbow position the insert below the elbow joint on the outside of the forearm
  • For golfers elbow position the insert below the elbow joint on the inside of the forearm
  • When the insert is properly positioned, adjust the strap for comfort without being too tight

Use of the Gel Insert for Cold Therapy:
  • Cold therapy is recommended after injury or activity to reduce swelling.
  • Remove the gel insert from the band and place it in the freezer for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • Place the gel insert in the band and position it directly on the injured tendon area and adjust the strap for a comfortable fit.
