Application Instructions:

• Open all hook-and-loop closures on the support.
• Pull the support over the forearm.
• Place the pad on the muscle concerned. The edge of the support is now 5cm below the elbow joint.
• Pull the hook-and-loop strap through the strap guide loop and fasten it. Make sure that the support sits tightly but does not pinch.
   

Care and Cleaning:

• Fasten all hook-and-loop closures.
• Recommendation: Use a laundry bag or net.
• Wash the support in warm water at 30°C (86°F) with standard mild detergent.
• Do not use fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly.
• Allow to air dry. Do not expose to direct heat (e.g. sunshine, stove or radiator)
