• Immobilises the wrist by a dorsal and plastic insert and a palmar splint
• Remove the palmar splint and only use the extension block when needed
• Rigid removable palmer stay
• Removable dorsal stay is heat moldable using hot water
• Independent circumferential straps adjust for various sized wrists and forearms
• Thermoprene material for warmth and support
• Indications
  - Wrist instability
  - Irritation (e.g. tendovaginitis, tendomyopathy, minor joint effusion, posttraumatic [sprains], post-operative, reactive irritation and arthralgia)
  - Sprains
  - Subluxation/dislocation
  - Tendovaginitis in the hand
  - Complex wrist injuries
  - Carpal tunnel syndrome

Size Selection:

• Determine the wrist circumference.
• Determine the size of the support.
   

Application:

• Open all hook-and-loop closures.
• Pull the support over the wrist, placing the loop over the thumb.
• Optional: To use the support as an extension stop, remove the plastic palmar splint.
• Fasten all hook-and-loop closures.
