2. Discard pack if a leak develops. 
3. Use hot or cold. 
4. Store in the freezer. 
5. Heat in microwave for 10 seconds on high, then at 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. 
6. Knead after each heating. 
7. To avoid risking thermal injury to the ocular surface, do not exceed 110°F / 43°C.
