How To Use MAXGRIND Lite Pill Crusher

• If you crush into a disposable 30 mL plastic med cup, remove the bottom clear cup, insert a disposable plastic med cup, and snap the bottom clear cup back on with a slight turn and push.
• To access the crusher well, remove the top of Maxgrind Lite by turning counterclockwise.
• Place pills into the crusher well. Replace the top by turning it clockwise and continuing to twist until the top tightens.
• After you feel the top tighten, you’re ready to crush. Twist clockwise until you feel the initial crush/breaking of pills.
• After the initial crush, turn a slight twist counterclockwise into a free spin mode where grinding will start.
• Now with slight pressure on the top, you can freely twist the crusher back and forth like a pepper grinder.
• As you are twisting back and forth to grind, you will be able to easily view powder sifting and funneling into the bottom clear cup.
• When crushing is completed you will notice a change in the crusher tone, alerting that grinding is complete and your medication is ready.
• Lastly, remove the bottom clear cup. You can either use it for preparing crushed medicines or diluent to be drawn into an enteral feeding syringe.

Cleaning Instructions

• Rinse with water and let dry before initial use. After each use repeat as needed to remove any pill residue from the crusher.
