• Atos Medical Provox LaryTube With Ring is made of soft, flexible, yet sufficiently rigid silicone
• Conical, anatomical shape helps to ensure an optimal seal around the stoma
• With Ring version:
  - Includes: (5) HiFlow cassettes and (1) Flexiderm oval base plate
  - Held by an adhesive base plate
  - Recommended if a cannula is only used during the night or with the Provox FreeHands HME to support the stoma seal
• A soft silicone laryngectomy tube that maintains the opening of the tracheostoma
• Allows for immediate post-operative use of an HME
• No adhesive required which means that you can use the LaryTube even with sensitive skin or during the radiotherapy period
• Helps laryngectomees with an unstable or deep stoma to achieve pulmonary protection and rehabilitation

Cleaning and Disinfection

1. Rinse the Provox LaryTube in drinking water
2.  Place the Provox LaryTube in non-oil based dish soap
3. Clean the inside of the tube with the Provox TubeBrush
4. If a fenestrated tube is used the holes should be cleaned with a Provox Brush, see ordering information
5. Rinse the Provox LaryTube in drinking water
6. Disinfect the Provox LaryTube at least once a day with one of the following methods:
   - Ethanol 70% for 10 minutes
   - Isopropylalcohol 70% for 10 minutes
   - Hydrogenperoxide 3% for 60 minutes

Warnings

• DO NOT reuse a used Provox LaryTube in another patient. The device is intended for single-patient use only. Reuse in another patient may cause cross contamination
• DO NOT use lubricating gels if the patient has allergies related to these substances.
• DO ensure that the patient has been trained in the use of the device. The patient should demonstrate the ability to understand and consistently follow the Instructions for Use without clinician supervision.
