Tendon Trak Knee And Elbow Tendonitis Strap uses two pads and a elastic strap to direct pressure on the periphery of the inflamed tissue without compromising the blood flow and places direct pressure on pain sensitive, irritated structures. When the pads are placed on the opposite borders of the irritated tissue, the elastic nature of the strap approximates these pads in a manner that alleviates discomfort. This approximation provides support to the muscle or tendon allowing for a more effective, less painful contraction.
