Breg ProGait Lift Features:

• Includes two 10° heel wedges secured to the frame of the boot
• Plus liner with pneumatic quick pump or basic breathable foam bootie
• Common Examples of Use:
• - Ankle sprains and strains
  - Forefoot sprains
  - Stable foot fractures
  - Distal tibial fractures


• Indication: 
• Indicated for immediate application following injury to or reconstruction of the Achilles tendon

• Instructions for Use:
  - Remove Wedges
  • To change or remove the wedges, pry the upper wedge assembly up and save
  • NOTE: When using the maximum number of wedges, ensure that the upper calf strap engages the uprights using at least half of the strap width
  - Peel out each 10° wedge as necessary for patient progress
  • NOTE: It is necessary to remove and refit the liner each time a wedge is added or removed. Straps should also be adjusted as to not interfere with the pump and release valve
  - Replace the upper wedge assembly
  - Replace Cutout
  • After all wedges are removed, the saved cut out piece can be replaced for further rehab

• Contraindications: 
• Contraindicated for unstable fractures or for fractures of the proximal tibia or fibula.

  - Activity modification and proper rehabilitation are an essential part of a safe treatment program

  - To ensure proper performance of the brace, follow all instructions
  - Failure to properly position the brace and fasten each strap will compromise performance and comfort
  - This device has been developed for the indications listed above, and may be damaged by unusual activities such as sports, falls, or other accidents
  - To avoid the risk of accident and possible injury to the patient, discontinue use if such an incident has occurred
  - Do not leave this device in a car on a hot day, or in any other place where the temperature may exceed 150°F (65° C.) for any extended period of time
