How to Install Winco Privess Privacy Screen?

Tools needed
  • Phillips-Head Screwdriver 
  • 7/16" wrench, adjustable wrench, or 7/16" socket and ratchet wrench
  • Scissors or box cutter 

Assembly Instructions
  • Insert caster inserts into ends of screen legs. (This is done for crutch tip or caster installation).
  • You must choose either casters or crutch tips for your screen – both are provided to you. Casters must be inserted into the caster inserts. Crutch tips (only available with 3130 model) must be installed over the ends of the legs.

Leg Installation
  • Install legs on mainframe using (4) 1/4" x 1-1/2" phillips head screws and locknuts. 
    NOTE: Make sure the legs are installed so that the bends of the legs face the outside of the frame. This is necessary to provide the maximum footprint.
  • Use your phillips head screwdriver and 7/16" wrench to tighten. Bolts must fit snugly into holes for secure leg mount.
  • Verify that your screen is level. If necessary the legs can be slightly bent so that all legs touch the floor and screen stands straight.

How to Clean Winco Privess Privacy Screen?

General cleaning
  • Winco furnishings are built to provide durable reliable service when properly cared for. In general all of our products should be cleaned rinsed and allowed to air dry.
  • It is important to note that disinfecting a product is not the same as cleaning the product.
  • Disinfectants alone will not provide adequate cleaning, they do not have grease or oil cutting properties to remove grime or hair and skin oils.
  • Over time, the appearance and feel and performance of your upholstery may diminish if not cleaned properly.

  • Remove grime, hair and body oils; Your furnishings should be cleaned with mild soap & water solution and a damp cloth on a regular basis.
  • Avoid harsh detergents or chemicals that could damage the finish of your product.
  • If the furnishing is disinfected with chemicals or bleach, it must be wiped off using only clean water on a damp cloth and then be allowed to air dry.
  • Failure to rinse with clean water can result in a build-up of residues over time that can damage your product.

  • Never place screen on a cart, table, stand or other objects; Screen could fall and serious injury may occur.
  • Never place screen near open flame or over a radiator or heat register.
  • Never place screen in front of a door or exit sign; In case of emergency screen could block or hinder evacuation.
  • Suffocation danger to children; Screen could block nose and mouth and prevent breathing. Vinyl screen is not a toy.
  • Do not allow children to play with, or climb on screen; Screen could fall and serious injury may occur.
  • Periodically, recheck tightness of mounting screws.
  • Screen should always be positioned on level surface.
  • Never stand or ride on screen legs; serious injury may occur.
  • Do not use screen in or with any type of vehicle or trailer.
  • Do not attach objects to screen frame; Screen can tip over and serious injury may occur.
  • Immediately remove from service; Any screen with broken or missing parts, torn vinyl, or other visible damage.
  • Use only Winco authorized replacement parts.

  • Limited One Year Product Warranty:
    - Winco Mfg., LLC warrants the complete product for one (1) year. At Winco Mfg., LLC sole discretion, it may repair or replace any components freight free that are found to be defective during the first year. Winco Mfg., LLC shall not be liable for any labor, or any other costs incurred as a result of or in conjunction with a warranty claim. 
  • Limited Three Year Warranty:
    - Winco Mfg., LLC warrants recliner mechanisms, electrical components, vinyl panels and vinyl on upholstered parts [ from cracking or delaminating] pressurized gas springs and casters, when new, for a period of three (3) years. At Winco Mfg., LLC sole discretion, it may repair or replace components found to be defective. Winco Mfg., LLC shall not be liable for any labor, shipping or any other costs incurred as a result of or in conjunction with a warranty claim. 
  • Limited Lifetime Chair Frame Warranty:
    - Winco Mfg., LLC warrants steel chair and aluminum base frame, when new, for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This limited warranty does not apply to paint/finish or any components attached to the frame such as; upholstery, foam, casters, mechanisms or related parts that are covered under above warranties. Winco Mfg., LLC shall not be liable for any labor, shipping or any other costs incurred as a result of or in conjunction with a warranty claim.

What is HPFY’s return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind our products. If the merchandise you received is defective or not what you expected it to be, and you wish to return the item, please submit a return request in the My Account section of our website, contact our Customer Service department at (866) 316-0162 / (203) 616-2850 or email us.

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
  2. Items (including parts and accessories) must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition in its original packaging.
  3. Before returning any product, the buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from a customer service representative. With your RA# you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Orders returned without obtaining an RA# will be entitled to receive only "In-Store Credit" that can be used towards future purchases.
  5. Return orders are subject to a 20% restocking fees.
  6. All custom orders and hygienic items are non-returnable. Refer to the “Non-Returnable Items” section for further details.
  7. Returns will be reviewed and inspected before issuing credit. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  8. If the return is the result of a defective product or shipping error, we will refund the entire purchase amount and return shipping costs.

Which products are Non-Returnable?

Due to the hygienic nature of some items, they are non-returnable. The items listed below are non-returnable:

  1. All hygienic items.
  2. Opened personal care items.
  3. Anything opened, used, or tried on.
  4. All customized items.
  5. Besides these, items that have the “non-returnable” phrase on the website.

We reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Images on the site may not always reflect the actual product. Footrests or leg-rests are not included with wheelchairs unless specified.

How do I receive a return authorization number?

You can submit a return request by logging into your account. You will receive the Return Authorization Number (RA#) details in the email within 2-3 business days.

  • Click on “return order”
  • Fill out the return form and Submit it

If you do not have an email address, we will make other accommodations for RA# Details. Write the RA# on your label affixed to your package prior to shipment.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks to process the returns. Once the item is received, and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Is there any Restocking Fees?

  1. 20% restocking fees will be applied.
  2. Outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.
  3. For orders that qualified for free shipping, $8.99 will be deducted from the refund if the product is returned.
