How to wear this Hinged Elbow Brace?

1. Undo all straps and lay the brace on a hard flat surface, such as a tabletop.

2. Place your arm so that the elbow joint lays directly on top of the hinged pad.

3. Secure the 2 inner straps and then the 2 outer straps and adjust the length as needed. Keep the straps loose.

 

4. Lift your arm up and rotate the entire brace 90 degrees counterclockwise. The hinge will be at the center of your elbow joint.

5. Lay your arm back on the table and secure the straps to a comfortable fit.

6. Test the fit and adjust if needed.

 

How to Clean it?

1. To clean the pads of the elbow ROM brace, remove each pad from the brace
2. Hand wash the brace pads in cold water with a mild detergent
3. The adjustable straps are also hand-washable in cold water with a mild detergent
4. Air dry completely before use
5. Do not tumble dry
6. Wipe the brace down with a damp cloth and mild detergent as needed
7. Dry immediately with a lint-free cloth

The Vive ROM elbow brace length is adjustable from 14.75” to 18.75” to fit most adults. The adjustments are made with the push-button sliders in 0.5” increments.

4. Can the elbow brace be worn on either arm?

The Vive ROM elbow brace is not reversible and is designed for use on the arm specified only.

The ROM brace is not suitable for sleeping.
