How to Install in an Airplane, Bus or Train:

Unhook the tray table in front of you
Place the installation strap across the tray brackets

How to Install Under a Desk:

Install a single hook in the center or two hooks on opposites end under the desk
Hang the installation strap on the hook(s)
Rest your feet or calves in the footrest and adjust the height as needed
