How to use Trulife TruSpine Back Brace?

1. Choose the appropriate size from the sizing chart below.
2. Release upper and lower side closures by first locating the plastic tabs on the left front of the orthosis. Pull the tabs out and away to release tabs from their slots. Next, pull OUT on the two knobs located in the center front until you hear a click. This will release the cord. Pull the front and back pieces away from each other to fully extend the cord.
3. Place the orthosis on the lumbosacral area, making sure it is centered.
4. Attach the upper and lower side closures by inserting the plastic tabs into the slots and pressing until you hear a click.
5. Press both center knobs DOWN/IN until you hear a click and begin turning clockwise until desired compression is achieved.
6. If readjustment is needed, simply pull up on the knobs to slightly loosen the cords and repeat step 5.

• Remove the plastic inserts
• Close all hook and loop closures on themselves before washing
• Hand wash with mild detergent in cold water
• Hang to dry
• Do not dry clean, bleach or iron
