How To Use Tiger Tail The Grippy Strips?

  1. Make sure skin is clean and dry.
  2. Place the Grippy Strips to the skin where the body is experiencing loss of flexibility and mobility, soreness, tightness, tension, scarring, trauma, infection, or recovering from surgery.
  3. Use the Grippy Strips between user thumb and fingers to grip the skin and fascia and help lift and pull massage the tissues and fascia away from each other.
  4. Gently roll the skin forward or backward in a constant motion to help separate the tissues from each other. This technique breaks down sticky fascia and abnormal links between areas that are not normally attached or linked.
  5. After rolling, areas that were massaged and “gripped,” may turn red and release heat. This is a good response.
  6. Continue to skin rolling regularly to decrease tension, tightness, swelling and improve mobility.
